Part one of our signature Topsy Cake class. Learn to fill and frost a whimsical, slanted cake then return the next night to fondant and finish it. Includes butter cream skills and cake carving. Some previous experience helpful.
Part 2 on 1/22/14 from 11am to 2:30pm:
Part two of our signature Topsy Cake class. Fondant your topsy turvy cake, attach to board and finish. Includes proper fondant handling, decorative finishes, and explanation of cake structure. Some previous experience helpful.
This is a great class to learn the fundamentals of creating a whimsical topsy turvy cake, perfect for any occasion.
