Cake 101: Fill and Ice a cake

Students will learn how to split, fill and ice a round cake. The class will focus on techniques for creating Pink Cake Box’s signature smooth, buttercream finish. A perfect buttercream cake can be decorated alone, or covered with fondant, for a clean, flawless look.
