We are excited to announce our latest giveaway with Satin Ice!

DVD Fondant Giveaway

We’ve been using Satin Ice fondant for years and they recently launched a new line of fondant retail packs for home-bakers and hobbyists. For years, hobbyists and home bakers have asked us where to get Satin Ice, but have always been uncomfortable buying it in bulk. With the launch of their new 1.5lb retail pack, bakers now have access to Satin Ice’s fondant in smaller, more convenient quantities.

As part of this giveaway, not only will we be giving away Satin Ice fondant retail packs, but also some great tools to help get you started. To make it even better we’ll be including our new cake decorating DVDs, which covers the fundamentals of filling, squaring off, fondanting and stacking round and square cakes. These DVDs are a great complement to Satin Ice retail fondant packs and are perfect for the hobbyist or home baker looking to learn more about cake decorating.

I would love to learn more about the basic of stacking and icing a cake. Believe it or not I don't have a lot of problems working with fondant but I do when it comes to stacking and icing. Will LOVE to get a handle on that. :)
