Part 1 on 1/29/13 from 6pm to 8pm:
Students will learn how to create a 2 tiered topsy turvy cake. The class will focus on filling, sculpting and icing a round topsy turvy cake.
Part 2 on 2/2/13 from 2pm to 5:30pm:
Using one faux tier, students will learn how to fondant, stack and decorate their topsy turvy cake. The class will focus on fondanting techniques and decorating techniques. This is a great class to learn the fundamentals of creating a whimsical topsy turvy cake, perfect for any occasion.
Important: Please note this is a 2 day class held during two different times.
